Allison is the Chief Nursing Officer for the Integrated Care Board. Allison has been a nurse for more than 30 years and has held a number of senior nurse leadership roles in commissioning and provider organisations. Currently Allison is the Chief Nursing Office for the three Sussex Clinical Commissioning Groups, and leads Quality, Safety and Safeguarding. Allison was awarded a Florence Nightingale leadership scholar in 2017
