Bola Lafe is the Founder and CEO of his own company in Crawley, which develops, manufactures and distributes sustainable personal healthcare and eco-living products in 20 countries around the world. He is also a Board Trustee for a non-governmental organisation called Nurses Reaching Out. Prior to that, Bola held senior roles in major international investment banks in London, New York and Tokyo. Bola chairs the NHS Sussex System Productivity Committee.
