Susan Marshall retired as the Chief Nurse of Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust after 6 years in 2020 and prior to that was the Director of Nursing at the Black Country Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Sue has a broad clinical nursing career, received a Queens Nurse Award and has been a Florence Nightingale Scholar, CQC Inspector and contributor to National Patient Safety Reviews. Sue chairs the NHS Sussex Patient Experience Committee.
